1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect usage not following instructions
  • Change of mind after delivery

To initiate a return:

  2. Share order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after returned product inspection
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided for defective or damaged products
  • Replacement processing depends on stock availability
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to defect or wrong product, return shipping will be covered by Yash Max India
  • For other cases, return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
