1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once the order is dispatched through Shiprocket, cancellation is not possible

  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

3. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy

  • Return eligibility depends on product condition and reason

4. Cancellation by Yash Max India

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Stock unavailability

  • Payment failure or verification issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

5. Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders may not be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been shipped

  • The product is out for delivery

  • The product has been delivered
